So you have any spare time? If so, what do you do in your spare time? If not, are you intent on creating spare time in order to fill it? From the creation stories to self-help books, spare time - time when you are resting and not working is one important key to happiness.

In the creation story, god created the world in six days and rested on the seventh setting the example for civilization to do the same. Buddhism recommends mediation as a way of stepping back from the world and re-souling. Self-help gurus all recommend some sort of rejuvenation as necessary to help yourself. With all this time created to rest, retailers and business-people of all sorts have found a gaping whole to fill with product and services.
